New: Updated team experience tags

It's important to understand someone's commitment levels so you don't overtax them—both what they're working on now, and what they could be working on in the future. That was the intent of the original "X active teams" tag that we put on a person's card.

But now, we've split that tag up into two: current teams (meaning the ones that they're on now) and upcoming teams (those things that they will be on at some point in the future).

Great for committees and workshop planning alike. It's important to respect the time of your experts and volunteers, and now it's easier than ever to do so.

Other Updates & Bug Fixes

• Cleaned up the UI on the seat details.
• Added a button to invite someone to a team while they're picked.
