Updates & Bug Fixes

Added event logs to capture:
- Deleting teams and people
- Merging profiles
- Added more information when adding and updating custom field definitions
Fixed an issue with our Available Downloads page that was preventing more than 1000 files to load in the UI.
Updated out integration tests to reflect recent API changes.
For SSO clients, System User role levels cannot be changed any longer. To change a system user's role, you must adjust that in your SSO rules.
