Updates & Bug Fixes

Team Forms have been added to the Lineup Teams report
- All Team Form templates will be grouped together in these reports.
- You can now filter on the team name when viewing the report of a team form.
Logos used for emails and public pages have been migrated to a more securely manage location. This will not affect anything you're sending out.
In evaluations, for comments or other responses that cannot be aggregated, we've added the team name that the evaluation is related to.
