New Account Details Settings
Public Help Link
We've added a way for you to customize the help link for the externally facing parts of Lineup (i.e. the pages that your customers, volunteers, and SMEs see, like forms, invitations, and opportunity boards). Previously, the "Need Help?" button opened up a link to our own help desk page. Now, you can have it redirect to your own.
Time Zone
Customize your organization's time zone. We've defaulted you to Eastern Standard Time, but you can adjust this by heading over to the Account Details page and scrolling to the bottom. This won't change much at the moment, other than some filters (like what does "Today" or "Yesterday" mean in a filter). However, as we roll out automations, the time zone will become a lot more important, so please set these accordingly.
Updates & Bug Fixes
- Lineup Form lists now appear in alphabetical order.
- When selecting a Lineup Form, you can now search and narrow down the list.
- The "Documents" drawer on a person profile (sidebar) now shows all documents associated with the person, including those uploaded via custom field.
- Documents that were previously uploaded can now be viewed by someone on the Lineup Form.
- When selected a filter, we now show you a tooltip for that filter (or the filter option) to help with usability with long custom field names or options.
- Fixed an issue with the custom field group order, where the drawers set up were not matching the order in the groups.
- "No Show" and "No Response" now behave the same way that "Declined" does
- All three of these will not be included in totals for Past, Upcoming, and Current teams
- They will not appear in the Upcoming and Current "tags"
