Phone Number Formatting

We've started to get serious about phone numbers! Good data in means good data out, and right now, with phone numbers existing without any validation, there's a lot of bad data in. So we're here to fix that.

Starting today, we're implementing stricter validation on phone numbers. We support all country codes (even the smallest ones) and their unique formatting. We're also supporting extensions. Anyone who completes a form with a phone number that's not in the proper format will need to correct it, but until then, we're honoring all existing numbers.

This will set us up to allow things like SMS messaging and logging in. Exciting times ahead!

Other Updates and Bug Fixes

• People on the bench can be added even if they have a seat on that team that would overlap.
• Sub-fields for complex fields can now be marked as required.
• Fixed an issue where the archive button for custom fields would sometimes display as "remove from workspace" even when not in a workspace.
• Fixed an issue when switching to the team's bench, where it would sometimes load an older team's bench instead.
• Fixed an issue with Team Surveys where it would group results of multi-select survey questions.
• Update logging practices on our new bus.
