Team Enhancement: Reason for decline
People decline appointments to committees and workshops for a variety of reasons, and it's important to understand those differences. We've implemented a small fix to help you better understand those nuanced reasons.
Now, whenever someone declines an invitation, they're able to leave a note as to why they're declining. It's completely optional, but should give you better insight.
Archive Forms
Lineup Forms of all types (teams, general, evaluations, and surveys) can now be archived. What's different between an archived and a closed form? Well, neither form can be completed anymore, but archived forms are also excluded from filters. Use these for older forms that you don't need to search on. We'll still keep the data of these forms, and you can still run reports off of them, they just won't clutter up your filter lists.
Non-anonymous Surveys
Team Surveys have always been a great way to solicit anonymous feedback on how your teams did, but they've always been anonymous. If you asked someone if they'd like to participate again, you didn't actually know who said that.
Now you can set team surveys to not be anonymous. They'll behave just like any form: associated with the person's profile, their responses attributed to them, etc.
Other Updates
- Suffixes have been added to full names in views, columns, and exports. You can also add suffix as a column to any of these views.
- We've added the team name to the top of the team forms, so that the respondent knows which team they're responding to.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where autocomplete wasn't working with some quick filters
- Fixed that pesky issue where people added in bulk as Picked to a team were marked as Accepted instead.
- Fixed the issue where team forms requested through an opportunity board were not working.
- Surveys without any questions can now be submitted, but that begs the question... why are you sending out a survey without any questions?
