In January 2021, we'll be sending you another email that will ask you to reset your password. This is planned as part of a routine security upgrade
The only action you'll need to take is to follow the link in that email and set up your password.
What do I need to do now?
Nothing. Just wait for the email. (We'll update this FAQ once it's been sent out.)
Why do I have to do this?
We're reconfiguring and upgrading the way we manage our users. This will give us greater flexibility in the future to rollout some more useful features, such as logging in from our lineupteams.com.
So Lineup wasn't hacked?
Correct, Lineup was not hacked. This is routine!
What happens if I miss the reset password email?
If you miss the reset password email after we make this change, you won't be able to login. Fear not, though. You can still reset your password the way you always have (by clicking "Don't remember your password?").
I'm an SSO user. What does this mean for me?
Nothing. You're good. If you access Lineup via Single Sign-on (SSO), you will not need to reset your password, and you will continue to access Lineup the way you always have.
I signed up for Lineup after January 2021. What does this mean for me?
Nothing at all. You're good to go!
