Updates to the search bar
You may have noticed, but we've been making updates and adjustments to the area around the search bar. We're tightening this space up in anticipation for an exciting new feature (that we're going to keep a secret for a little while longer).
We've moved most things onto one line, which should help out with those on smaller screens, and it's smart enough to adjust to mobile devices.
Rich text editor just got richer!
We've enhanced the rich text editor (that thing you use to format text throughout Lineup). We now support more advanced formatting options, such as font colors, alignment, and indentation. More freedom for you to communicate with your valuable subject matter experts.
Wrangle all those filters!
You can now control the visibility of filters (if you're an admin). Simply go over to the custom fields page in admin (or the Survey Questions or Evaluation Questions) and click on the custom field that you want to manage.
At the bottom, you'll see an option to toggle the visibility. It's called "Filterable", and by default, it's set to being on.
If you don't want to see that custom field in the filters menu (for example, maybe it's an essay that you've asked them to write but don't really need to filter on), just click the toggle button and it'll declutter your menu.
Other Updates & Bug Fixes
- Lineup Forms with old date data (say that three times fast) will no longer prevent people from submitting them.
- API Endpoint update
- The PUT /api/v1/users/{personId} will no longer remove tags if you do not supply the property.
- Other system updates and maintenance.
