Viewing application results

Now that you've sent an application out, it's time to review the results.

Filters

Application filter

You can view who has completed an application by applying a specific filter.

Any application will show everyone who has completed any application that you've ever sent out.

Selecting a specific application from the list will show everyone who has completed that particular application.

Filter on specific answers

Once you've filtered on who has completed an application, you can narrow your results even more by applying filters to questions that you asked on the application itself. To do this:

1. Open the Details drawer
2. Select the filter for one of the questions you asked (for example, if you asked for "Years of experience" you should be able to apply a minimum and maximum range for that question)

Viewing someone's answers to an application

You can also view the specific responses that someone made to an application. To do this:

1. Click on the person's card to bring up their details
2. Click on the Applications panel
   
3. Click on the specific application that you'd like to view
   Note: the answers to the application may not reflect the most up-to-date information on the person. Viewing the application this way just shows how they answered at that particular time.

Exporting all results

If you want to view all responses to an application at once, you can do this by applying the application filter, as above. Then, click "Bulk actions" just above the search results and select "Export all results."

Note: This will export all data you have on everyone who's ever completed the selected application, not just the questions that you asked on the application. Additionally, the values will reflect the most up-to-date answers in the system rather than the answer provided at the time of the application submission.
