Team Surveys let you gather anonymous feedback from the people on teams. This article covers how you set those surveys up, how you send them out, and how you view the results.
Setting up a team survey
Currently, you'll have to contact Lineup Support to set up a survey. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of questions that you would like to ask. Better yet, if you have a copy or link to your current post-team survey, include that link and we can turn it into a Lineup survey.
Sending out your team survey
To send out your team survey, navigate to the team that you'd like to survey, go to the overview panel, and find "Team Surveys" towards the bottom. ("Team Member Evaluations" are evaluations of individual members. Learn more here)
- Click "New Team Survey"
- Select the survey that you would like to send out (if you have multiple surveys)
- Check everyone that you'd like to send the survey to
- Customize the email message that these people will receive, inviting them to give you feedback
- Click send and you're on your way!
Viewing the results of your survey
To review the results of your survey, navigate to the team that you'd like to see the results in and find the overview.
If you have sent out multiple surveys for that team, you'll see a list of the surveys, the name of the survey, how many have responded to the survey, and the date the survey was sent.
Click on the survey name to see the anonymized results of the survey. If the question had values, the results will be collated. For questions with free text answers, the results will list all comments.
