Team Survey Reports allows you to zoom out and analyze your team survey data across all of your teams. Like Team Rosters, as well as the team and people searches, you can filter results to find the data you need.
Navigating to the Team Survey Reports
Your survey reports can be found by going to the Reports page (find this in the navigation bar at the top of the screen) and selecting Team Survey Reports. It has a friendly smily face.
Alternatively, you can type into your browser: COMPANY.lineupteams.com/reports/team-surveys (replacing the COMPANY with your subdomain).
Once you have clicked on the Team Survey Reports, you'll see a list of all of your Team Survey Templates. As a reminder, team survey templates are created in the admin section (instructions here). We group all individual surveys of the same template together, so you can compare results across teams.
From this page, you can see the aggregate results of:
- Teams Surveys (number of teams that this template has been sent to)
- Surveys Sent (number of actual surveys sent across all of these teams)
- Responses (number of surveys that were actually completed)
- Response Rate (the number of responses divided by the number of surveys sent... hopefully this is a high number!)
To view the data behind these numbers, click anywhere on the row that you'd like to view.
Team Survey Report Results
Once you've selected a team survey template, you'll see all of the results of that particular team survey. You can filter the results by:
- Survey Response Date (the date the survey was submitted by the respondent)
- Survey Status (whether it was completed, still waiting to be completed, or expired)
- Team information
- Team Name
- Team Start Date
- Team End Date
- Any team custom fields you have applied to those teams
- Any of the individual question responses

Once you have filtered your list, you can export your results to a CSV.

Can I export the results of my Team Surveys?
Yes, you can export your results by clicking on the Actions Menu and selecting export.
What information is exported?
All visible columns will be exported. By default, these visible columns are:
- Team Name
- Survey Template Name
- Survey Response Date
- All the questions associated with the most current Team Survey Template
Can I customize the columns?
If your subscription plan is Pro or Enterprise, you will be able to customize the columns. In addition to the default columns, you may add:
- Response Id (unique identifier for each survey response)
- Template Id (unique identifier for the team survey template that you created in the admin section)
- Survey Status (whether it's submitted, not submitted, or expired)
- Team Id (unique identifier for the team that was surveyed)
- Team Start Date
- Team End Date
Can I save all the filters that I have applied, the way I can with Team Rosters and the people search?
At this time, the team survey reports do not support saved views.
Some of the questions I've asked on the team survey are not showing up as columns?
The results reflect the questions on the current Team Survey Template. If you removed a question from the Team Survey, you will not see the results in this report.
